The Swedish Christmas shines brightly in Kensington.

Each year at her house, a pretty Georgian villa which she has shared with husband Michael for the past 22 years, Stockholm-born Moussie Sayers recreates the childhood Christmas spent at her grandmother's house in the countryside province of Dalarna. Traditional Swedish decorations are simple and charming, restrained rather than opulent, and make an appealing alternative to our more glittery heritage of tinsel and fairy lights.
