The owner bought the house 4 years ago. It was a small dilapidated bungalow on the Kent/Sussex border. The local council were supportive of her plans to renovate the property in a modern style incorporating all the latest technology yet still being ecological. The kitchen is high end. The property was designed to maximise the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. There’s a wonderful home cinema room downstairs that doubles up as a great social space for parties. She has two teenage daughters so the room is a great family hangout as well.
