Snog Frozen Yoghurt

Stylish Soho Apartment

Owners of Snog Frozen Yoghurt, Pablo Uribe and Rob Baines, had been looking for a house in Soho for years, drawn to the area for its ‘Manhattan-like’ buzz. When they heard about four flats for sale in Great Windmill Street they bought the lot and set about dismantling them in order to create one house. With homes already in Colombia, The Hamptons, Rio de Janeiro and Ibiza, the couple knew exactly what they were looking for – a slick, comfortable space with plenty of storage for their clutter. Pablo, already a renowned architect, envisioned the space and designed the spacious wardrobes and clever closets. The result is a stunning contemporary space laid out over four storeys with a roof terrace and a balcony off the main bedroom with a high privet hedge ensuring they are not overlooked. Their utilitarian New York loft-style steel windows are softened throughout by natural linen and thick, red curtains partition the rooms rather than doors to add a sense of sumptuous luxury to the hard, sleek edge of the blonde oak panelling throughout.
